Diamonds may be a girl’s best friend, but they’re not a friend to the earth. Great Heights poses a solution, with ethically created and fairly priced lab-grown diamonds. Because traditional diamonds have such strong, covetable connotations, we were tasked with creating a brand and digital experience that made lab-grown feel just as special. So, we created a premium e-commerce experience that introduces the Great Heights brand, and reframes the way we customers and think about diamonds, making them feel confident enough to say yes, without compromise.

It was important to deliver on both the excitement and romance of a diamond purchase, but also to provide enough expert guidance to help users navigate a huge and sometimes confusing purchase with confidence and ease. We included educational moments throughout a user's journey to provide clarity around quality and cost, and the relationship between the two.
